A well-established brand with tons of well-earned equity, Tabasco was nonetheless beginning to sweat as the hot sauce market heated up, with Sriracha, chipotle and other tantalizing options tapping into more adventurous palates. Focusing on the flavor, as opposed to the heat, Tabasco wanted clever, compelling copy that delivered increased brand awareness for their in-store displays, promotional mailings and college sports advertisements.

Crema Smart is a DAIRY INNOVATOR CREATING products that utilize natural dairy sweetness – without the lactose. With lines of lactose free ice cream and powdered dairy products, the company needed clean, clever branding and a WELL-RESEARCHED GO-TO-MARKET strategy. Done and done.

working with energy efficiency organizations as well as utilities, i helped to create a wide range of campaigns encouraging businesses, facility owners, and homeowners to seek energy efficiency funds and solutions. clients included: national Grid, NYSERDA, PECO, PSEG, Mass Save, and ameren.

MINDBODY

MINDBODY came to echo-factory looking for a targeted digital campaign to drive increased traffic and downloads of their app, which connects users with last minute fitness class discounts. i created a campaign that tried to relate to the lived experience of their target audience: ambitious, health-conscious folks in their 20s and 30s whose commitment to working out… doesn’t always match up with their actions.

PROVIDENCE HOSPITAL HAD TWO GOALS: THEY NEEDED TO GENTLY EXCUSE ANY INCONVENIENCES OF A MASSIVE EXPANSION PROJECT, AND THEY NEEDED TO INVITE AND ENGAGE THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY TO ENSURE THAT THE COST OF THE EXPANSION WAS SUPPORTED BY THE INCREASED TRAFFIC THEY WERE PROJECTING. I HELPED TO CREATE A DIGITAL AND PRINT CAMPAIGN THAT SPOKE TO THE TARGET AUDIENCE WITH HUMOR AND HUMILITY.

LAST NAME BREWING

Founded in the early days of the craft beer boom, Last Name Brewing had long mastered the craft of brewing great beer, but by 2017 their design and copy was lagging behind. I helped to revive their special release program by creating fun, exciting copy and design concepts for their limited release cans, some of which were so popular they became full time brewery staples.

COLD-PRESSED CREAMERY

Fresh dairy is a $121 billion industry, yet the biggest players haven’t innovated in decades, allowing sexy plant-based milks to wipe the floor with them and run off with market share. No more! Cold-Pressed Creamery is a dairy disruptor that needed a fresh, disruptive voice for their lactose free dairy beverages. I created the Brand’s “Real Dairy, Reimagined” tagline and positioning, and provided product positioning and package copy for their lines of probiotic cold brew, probiotic creamer and cold-pressed milk.

CITY PLANTS

CITY plants received a grant to create a digital campaign that aimed to increase the number of street tree orders in several under-canopied areas of los angeles. focusing on the benefits of trees and well-shaded communities, i created targeted digital communications that doubled as a public education campaign.

TREEMAPLA

TreeMapLA is a digital tree mapping website and mobile app that launched in 2013. As the social media and product manager for this tool, I was tasked with developing the TreeMapLA brand and voice, and crafting engaging content to build the tree mapping community in Los Angeles. i created digital campaigns that drew humor and education from learning to see the nature that is all around us, even in the heart of paved-over Los Angeles.

in its first 3 years, more than 1,000 volunteers added nearly 700,000 trees to the map.
